Harkins Theatres annual (and very popular) Summer Movie Fun season tickets are now on sale. The blockbuster deal lets you see 10 family-friendly films for just $5.
Here’s how it works: First, choose the day you wish to see each film — Monday through Friday. (You must see each film on the same day of the week at the same theatre all summer.) Then, buy your season ticket for that day at your chosen location’s Guest Service Desk. (Parents, grandparents and/or guardians must also purchase a season ticket at $5, as children must be accompanied by an adult.) The cost is $5 for all 10 films for kids 14 and under — one flick per week from late May/early June through mid-August (dates vary by location), with each show starting at 9:45 a.m. (Doors open at 9 a.m.)
Booklets are available until they sell out, or through the seventh week of the program, whichever comes first. The 2018 line-up includes Smurfs: The Lost Village, The LEGO Ninjago Movie, The Boss Baby, Despicable Me 3, Sing, Ferdinand, The Emoji Movie, Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie, Paddington 2 and Kubo and The Two Strings. If the kids want to bring a friend, no problem — single tickets are available the day of the show for $2.
