There are three tiers in the loyalty program — Pro, Captain and All-Star. As you move up, earn more points per purchase and enjoy exclusive offers.
Membership status is based on how much you spend annually. Members who reach $200 in annual spend qualify for the Captain status and members who spend $400 are granted the All-Star status. A member must meet the qualifying spend requirements for a particular level each year or the status will not be maintained.
At the Pro level, earn 10 points for every $1 spent. (Captain members earn 11 points and All-Star 12 points).
Even better, all members earn 5% more — when they place a digital order in the app or online.
To earn points through the Subway app or site, log into your account before ordering. To earn points in-restaurant, scan your Subway app, enter your account phone number or swipe your registered Subway Gift Card at the register.
Every 400 points equals $2 in Subway Cash for use toward purchases.
