How can I thank my driver?
You can say “Alexa, thank my driver” on any Alexa-enabled device or through the Alexa app on your phone. You can also type “thank my driver” into the search bar on Amazon (website or app) to thank the driver for your most recent delivery made within the last 14 days.
Which delivery drivers are eligible to receive a thank you?
Any driver who delivers Amazon packages in the United States can be thanked. Customers may only thank the driver from their most recent delivery, as long as it occurred within the past 14 days.
What happens if I thank the same driver multiple times for one delivery?
You’re allowed to submit multiple thank-yous for the same delivery, but the driver will only receive one acknowledgment per delivery.
I don’t have an Echo device. Can I still thank my driver?
Yes. You can use the Alexa app on your smartphone. Open the app, tap the Alexa button in the bottom right corner, enable microphone permissions if prompted, and then say, “Alexa, thank my driver.” You can also search “thank my driver” on Amazon.com or the Amazon shopping app.
What if I don’t have a smartphone?
You can still participate by typing “thank my driver” into the search bar on Amazon.com.
Can I cancel a thank you once it’s submitted?
No. Once a thank-you is recorded, it cannot be removed. If you need to report an issue with your order, visit the “Your Orders” section on Amazon to provide feedback.
