On May 16, 2026, Target is celebrating National Pet Month with a FREE Dog or Cat Giveaway Kit at participating locations — from noon to 4 p.m.
Limit one bag per customer, while supplies last.
The giveaway is available at most locations. However, you may want to double-check participation before making plans.
