Cheers! For the third year, Dwayne ‘The Rock” Johnson and his premium small-batch tequila, Teremana, are encouraging people around the country to support local restaurants.
From May 1 to 7, the superstar is reimbursing diners for their guacamole (up to $10), when they purchase guacamole with any Teremana Tequila cocktail. (The maximum they’re giving away is $1 million.)
Consumers 21 and over who purchase a Teremana cocktail with an order of guacamole will be reimbursed up to $10 — whether they dine in or take out.
Here’s how it works:
Find a local restaurant or bar that serves Teremana tequila by visiting guacontherock.com.
Order a Teremana cocktail and guacamole — from May 1 to 7. (Receipts can be submitted through May 10.)
Take a picture of your itemized receipt and submit online.
Reimbursement will be up to $10 per person for a single guacamole order — while supplies last. (For clarity, if the receipt is for two orders of guacamole, each for $7, the reimbursement will only be for $7 — not $10.)
Once the submission is approved, funds will be transferred via Venmo.
