Summer’s here! The sunny season is is all about cookouts and camping!

And, on May 23, 2026, Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s are hosting a FREE in-store event and giveaway — GO Outdoors Event.

Families are invited to enjoy a Stars & Stripes Summer Cookout, along with a kids’ scavenger hunt to receive a FREE camping-themed giveaway.

When: Saturday, May 23, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Where: Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s locations

FREE Giveaway: Kids of all ages who complete an in-store scavenger hunt will receive a FREE camping-themed deck of cards that includes charades and a memory game.

FREE Cookout: Customers can enjoy FREE food and beverages, outdoor games and activities for the whole family, while supplies last.
