If you’re a busy film fanatic, now’s the time to catch up on all nine Best Picture nominees without breaking your entertainment budget.
Regal Cinemas is hosting its Best Picture Film Festival, from Feb. 23 to March 4 at select locations. For $35, experience all of the nominated films for 10 days leading up to Oscar Sunday — Call Me By Your Name, Darkest Hour, Dunkirk, Get Out, Lady Bird, The Post, The Shape of Water, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri and Phantom Thread. (If you do the math, each film costs $3.88. That’s definitely some blockbuster savings.)
The pass allows you access to select show times in the schedule — click here. The festival offers lots of flexibility, as each film has multiple show times, during the run of the festival.
Non-pass holders may purchase tickets to any Best Picture Film Festival screening at regular admission price. However, why would you? With evening tickets costing around $12, you’re better off buying a full pass, given its value — even if you just see half the movies.
Passes are only available for purchase via the Regal Cinemas app — not at the box office. The 90th Oscars air on ABC on March 4.
