Just because a person is a little older and wiser doesn’t mean they can’t have a little fun every now and then. On Oct. 8, Humana is sponsoring Senior Skip Day, a day created to encourage people 62 years of age and older to skip out on their normal, daily routine to enjoy a healthy day in one of the national parks. On this day, seniors will have FREE access to more than 400 national park sites across the U.S. In addition, Humana will host celebratory events for seniors in select national park locations. They will also offer up to 10,000 FREE vouchers for lifetime access to the national parks with the Interagency Senior Pass. (The pass is valued at $10.) People 62 years of age or older can download the voucher online here. The voucher can then be redeemed at any National Park Service site that issues The National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Senior Pass.
