Sams Club Fayetteville, Arkansas

Sam’s Club wants to make sure kids are going back to school both healthy and safe, so it’s offering free health screenings and child safety tools on Saturday, Aug. 9, at all locations that have a pharmacy. You do not need to be a Sam’s Club member to take advantage of the free screenings.

Here’s what Sam’s is offering on Saturday:

  • Vision screenings
  • Blood pressure screenings
  • Body mass index (BMI) screenings

Parents will also receive:

  • A take-home DNA kit that provides instructions on storing a saliva sample to help find children in the event they are ever lost.
  • A child safety ID kit with a fingerprint form and instructions on storing personal information.
