If you’re a movie addict, anxiously awaiting the Oscars, AMC Theatres has an event for you. This year’s AMC Best Picture Showcase offers you the chance to see all nine Oscar-nominated films on Day One: Feb. 14 (The Grand Budapest Hotel, Whiplash, Birdman and Selma) and Day Two: Feb. 21 (Boyhood, The Theory of Everything, The Imitation Game and American Sniper.) The nominated films will be shown starting at 10 a.m. each day at select theatres nationwide. A ticket pass is $30 for each day — making each flick just $7.50.(AMC Stubs members earn $5 in Bonus Bucks to use on each event day, when tickets are purchased in advance.) Tickets can be purchased online or at the box office of participating theaters. Then, sit back with some popcorn and see who takes home the big prize, when the Oscars air Feb. 22 on ABC.
