
If you’re a movie addict, anxiously awaiting the Oscars, AMC Theatres has an event for you. This year’s AMC Best Picture Showcase offers you the chance to see all nine Oscar-nominated films on Day One: Saturday, February 16 (Amour, Les Misérables, Argo and Django Unchained) and Day Two: Saturday, February 23 (Beasts of the Southern Wild, Life of Pi, Lincoln, Silver Linings Playbook and Zero Dark Thirty). The nominated films will be shown starting at 10 a.m. each day at select theatres nationwide. A Day One Ticket Pass is $30 and a Day Two Ticket Pass is $40. You can save $10 and purchase a Two-Day Ticket Pass pass for $60. (AMC Stubs members earn $5 in Bonus Bucks to use on each event day, when tickets are purchased in advance. If you attend both days, you’ll earn $5 to use on concessions each day.) Tickets can be purchased online or at the box office of participating theatres. Then, you can sit back with some popcorn and see who wins, when the Oscars air February 24 on ABC.
