Once again, it’s time for gift card bonuses, and we’re already beginning to see the deals trickle in. Maggiano’s Little Italy is again offering a $20 bonus card for every $100 purchased in eGift Cards. Plus, every order will receive a one-year subscription to Food & Wine magazine. The bonus card is valid from January 1 through February 28, 2013, and can only be used on tabs of $50 or more. As far as we know, the offer is only available online — not in the restaurant. However, since the gift cards are delivered electronically, there’s no shipping cost. The offer ends December 31.
